TESS FINISH
TESS Finish is a flexible, breathable cement finish that repels water, resists dirt pickup and is available in 48
standard colors and four popular textures: Sand, Coarse Sand, Freeform and
Limestone. Easy to apply and familiar to use, TESS Finish improves applicator
productivity with lighter weight and ease of spread.
• Superior hiding power means greater coverage and higher yields, offering
greater value than typical acrylic finishes
• Smooth buttery texture floats easily and sticks to the trowel just like a
traditional cement mortar

• Freezing protection is not required when properly stored prior to mixing

job site, makes the equivalent of 5-gallons of acrylic finish

Complies with 2006 International Building Code (IBC) and 2006 International
Residential Code (IRC). Meets ICC-ES AC 235 Acceptance Criteria for EIFS Clad
